What is Sova?
Sova is an AI assistant that controls your mobile device for you. Instead of manually opening apps and tapping through menus, you tell Sova what you want in plain language, and it handles the rest.
How does Sova work?
You speak or type a command like "Order pizza from Domino's" or "Book an Uber to the airport." Sova uses AI to understand your request, figures out which apps to use, and then automates the taps, swipes, and inputs needed to complete the task.
What apps does Sova work with?
Sova works with all apps on your device. It interacts with any app's interface, just like you would manually.
Is Sova free?
Sova offers a free tier with limited usage. For unlimited usage, advanced features, and detailed statistics, we offer various subscription plans. Check the app for current pricing.

Privacy & Security

Does Sova see everything on my screen?
Sova only analyzes your screen when you actively request it to perform a task. It does not monitor your screen in the background or collect data when you're not using it.
Is my data stored?
Screen content is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the task is complete. We do not permanently store screenshots or screen content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can Sova access my passwords?
Sova can see what's on your screen when you ask it to perform a task. We recommend not having sensitive information visible when using Sova. The app does not specifically target or store passwords.

Usage

What permissions does Sova need?
Sova requires Android Accessibility Service permission to interact with apps on your behalf. This is the same permission used by screen readers and other automation tools.
Can I use Sova while my phone is locked?
No, Sova requires your phone to be unlocked and the screen to be on to perform tasks.
What if Sova makes a mistake?
You can stop Sova at any time by tapping the screen or pressing the stop button. For tasks that involve purchases or irreversible actions, Sova will ask for confirmation before proceeding.
Does Sova work offline?
Sova requires an internet connection to process your requests using AI. The actual app automation happens on your device.

Troubleshooting

Sova isn't working with a specific app
Some apps may have unusual interfaces that Sova has difficulty with. Try rephrasing your request or breaking it into smaller steps with clear detailed instructions. If the problem persists, submit your case in our Discord or Telegram support channels.
Sova is slow
Sova's speed depends on your internet connection and the complexity of the task. Simple tasks typically complete in a few seconds.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through the Sova dashboard. Go to your Profile page → Manage Subscription — this will take you to the Stripe billing page where you can update, downgrade, or cancel your plan.
