This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Ayconic, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") processes information when you use our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
This Policy applies to all users of the Services and governs the processing of information in connection with the App's functionality, including screen content analysis.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms of Service.
When you use the App, screen content displayed on your device may be transmitted to the Company's backend systems and processed for analysis, including:
Because the App analyzes screen content as presented, such data may include personal or sensitive information, such as:
The Company does not attempt to identify or categorize specific data types within screen content.
The App does not collect:
Limited technical data (e.g., error logs, app version) may be collected for stability and security purposes and does not include screen content.
When you create an account using Google Sign-In or another OAuth provider, we process and store basic account information, such as your email address and a unique user identifier, for authentication and account management purposes.
If enabled by you, the Company may store a limited history of your textual AI requests (for example, short natural-language commands you enter into the App). This history consists solely of the text you submit and does not include screen content, screenshots, images, or extracted visual data.
You may disable request history storage at any time through in-app settings. When disabled, new requests are not stored. Previously stored request history may be deleted upon user request, subject to technical and legal limitations.
The App may allow users to optionally provide their own API keys for third-party AI service providers.
Such API keys are stored exclusively on the user's device and are not persistently stored or logged on the Company's servers or databases.
When a user provides a personal API key, the App includes such key in the request sent through the Company's backend systems solely for the purpose of forwarding the request to the selected third-party AI service provider.
The API key is processed by the Company's systems only in a transient, pass-through manner and is not inspected, validated, logged, stored, or retained by the Company beyond what is technically necessary to transmit the request.
If the App is installed on a new device or reinstalled, the user must re-enter their API key, as the Company does not retain or back up such information.
The use of a personal API key is optional and entirely under the user's control. Any processing of data by the third-party AI service provider using such API key is governed by the terms and privacy policies of that provider.
Screen content is processed solely for the purpose of:

All processing performed by the Services is strictly user-initiated.
The App does not operate autonomously, does not perform background actions, and does not initiate analysis, screen access, or interactions without an explicit request from the user. All data processing and AI-assisted actions occur only in direct response to a user command while the App is active.
The Company utilizes fully automated systems to process Screen Content. Human access to your raw Screen Content is technically restricted and is not part of normal operations.
No human employee, contractor, or agent of the Company accesses, views, or reviews your raw Screen Content, except where strictly required by applicable law, to investigate security incidents, or to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Screen content is processed only when initiated by the user, such as by:
You may stop all screen content processing at any time by:
To deliver AI-based functionality, screen content may be transmitted from the App to the Company's backend systems and subsequently forwarded to third-party AI service providers for real-time processing.
Such providers:
The Company does not sell screen data and does not share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Stored account information and textual request history are not shared with third-party AI service providers, except where strictly necessary to provide the requested AI response.
The Company may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Where applicable, the App uses Android Accessibility Service APIs strictly to enable user-requested screen analysis and contextual actions.
The Accessibility Service:
Screen content is accessed only during user-initiated operations.
The Company implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data during transmission, including encryption in transit.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for exercising discretion regarding the information visible on your screen when using the App.
The Company has no ability to selectively filter screen content and does not control what is visible on your screen.
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
The Company does not knowingly process personal data of children.
Screen content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI service providers and infrastructure providers located in jurisdictions outside the user's country of residence, including outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom.
Where such transfers occur, the Company ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where required:
Screen content is processed solely to provide the user-requested functionality, is not retained beyond the duration necessary to complete the requested operation, and is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or model training.
The Company may update this Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website or within the App. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
